Born in Berlin in 1977, he studied business administration with a focus on finance and controlling. After graduating, he worked as a consultant for various tax consulting and law firms for more than 20 years. He has special knowledge and experience in the areas of corporate strategy, finance and accounting, taxes, controlling and capital markets.

Since 2004, Mr. Schäfer himself has been active as an entrepreneurial investor through his investment company. In doing so, he not only invests in companies from a wide range of industries, but is also frequently involved in these companies in executive positions.

Since 2020, he has also made his knowledge and network available to young entrepreneurs as a mentor.
